I am still getting use to using these kind of products. Although I appreciate no chemicals as is regular sunscreens, they do have a different texture and leave residue on either clothing or my car. But they sure have stopped me from getting burnt which is perfect.
Product texture was concerning, company replaced product. New shipment was better. I am searching for the perfect non chemical sunscreen. This is close. Still leaves a whitecast on skin, clothes and the black interior of my car. Does the job as far as protection. That said a love the after sun balm.
A bit thick, you have to rub it in, but feels great. Feel secure wearing it.
The body balm smells good and I like the tan color :)
I applied it before spending some time on the water, and it works :)

I have fair skinned boys with sensitive skin and this is a game changer. Goes on evenly and melts onto the skin for easily application. Used it at the water park for 3 hours and nobody was burnt, or rashy! Love it!
Product is grainy and hard to speead on my skin
Thanks for the review. If you are applying the product in a cool environment it will have a thicker texture, but if you warm it up in your hands first it will soften up very quickly. Commercial products have chemical additives to keep it the same texture at all temperatures, but because OK Sunshine is made from all natural ingredients, it will behave different at different temperatures. We designed it to hold its form at the hottest summer temperatures, but that means it will be a little thicker in form before at cooler temperatures.
It was awesome. Really enjoyed the product. Very high quality. It also smells great.

It hydrates the skin without feeling greasy and leaves a natural and radiant glow which I really like, and it also layers seamlessly under makeup or other body products. It has I find a chocolaty scent?
I wonder though if it’s water resistant and does it achieve an SPF higher than 30?
Finally an alternative to commercial options. Smells great - worked great. I love that it is made in the Okanagan!
Most mineral sunscreens which feel waxy. This feels more like a high end lotion.
